The 31-year- old Darwiche is not your typical CEO, and he says the reason for his early success comes down to one word: determination. As a 19-year- old hotel dishwasher, Darwiche set an ambitious goal for himself: by 22, he would be F&B manager.
He reached that goal, plus a few more, and now he’s the CEO of a rapidly growing, forward-thinking hotel company looking to “reshuffle” hospitality the way we know it. For Darwiche, success is all about hiring the right people and making sure they believe in what they are doing. He says that Jannah is going to be very busy for the next 25 years.
