Its Assistant Reservations Manager sat down with hosco.tv to talk about what it’s like to be part of a dynamic 17-person department, what a typical day at the Ritz is like, and what the clients expect during the reservation process. Calling this department’s responsibilities “massive,” they oversee every room reservation, dining reservation, and quite a few spa reservations as well. They receive between 300-500 calls per day, answer 200-250 emails, and work closely with every department in the hotel to “tailor design” the guest experience.
