KCA represents a national voice on all issues related to the culinary profession .The World Association of Cooks Societies (WACS) is a 102 nation fellowship comprising the world’s various professional chefs’ organisations. The KCA received its charter into WACS at World Chefs Congress &Expo at Thessaloniki Greece in September 2016
