CEO of Group Food & Beverage
Amir Nahai is the CEO of global Food & Beverage, which accounts
for a third of the company’s business overall.
Amir joined AccorHotels in September 2015 after a
16-year career at the global management consulting firm Bain & Company, where he was a Partner working in
the media, tech, and hospitality sectors. His career with Bain led him from Boston to Asia and back, working
closely with hotels (including AccorHotels), restaurants, cruise ships, and casinos.
Now that he has joined
the ranks of his former client, Amir says that it’s an amazing time to be in Food & Beverage, specifically
with AccorHotels. Why? The company is investing huge amounts in the rapidly growing and ultra-popular sector,
and it’s the only hotel company with a CEO dedicated solely to F&B. AccorHotels properties have almost 8’000
restaurants and bars around the world, and Amir needs candidates with new skills and profiles to optimize talent
and ensure their success. According to Amir, AccorHotels is more committed than ever to the future of F&B, and
he sees the company as motivated and willing to change the lines and redefine what hotels are able to do with
regard to Food & Beverage operations today.
