Located right in the center of Milan city, Fishion offers an innovative and creative fish cuisine combining the highest quality of sea products of the historical Pedol fish market (part of the same group) with the creativity of the young Chef Jérémie Depruneaux.
Our Chef created a line of fish pastry ispired by the italian and french pastry, but all revisited with sea products, and offers various raw fish proposals as creative tartare and carpacios or raw fish to be stirred on your table on a Himalayan pink salt stone on top of a selection of pasta and main courses which all have in common the highest quality of ingredients combined with the creative inspiration of our Chef.
In 2021, the restaurant entered the prestigious italian restaurant guide Identità Golosa.
