We opened our first 15-seat joint with one goal in mind: To serve great burgers, beers and shakes in an upbeat setting with a New York vibe all its own.

We started simply. Our take on burgers: upscale but not fussed-up, our award-winning burgers have received mad respect in a short amount of time. Then came our whimsical, over-the-top CrazyShake® milkshakes. The burgers got noticed and the CrazyShake® milkshakes lit up the Internet.

We’ve since expanded from Soho to locations in Midtown NYC, California and Vegas. Also Europe, Asia and the Middle East. And every Black Tap still keeps it real. With old-school tunes. Our signature downtown décor. And a menu that goes beyond our award-winning burgers and CrazyShake® milkshakes with wings and salads, a vegan burger, and veggies that make you wanna eat your greens.

Wherever Black Tap heads head next, we’ll keep bringing it. Our knack for great food, our sense of spontaneity, and our downtown NYC street style.
