Caffè La Crepa was awarded a MICHELIN Green Star, and is the opera house for a traditional cuisine without frills, and faithful to the low Po Valley in Italy. It becomes actual gastronomic biodiversity.

Chef Franco Malinverno’s cuisine is focused not only on meat but also freshwater fish, respecting the surrounding landscape that recognizes the importance of rivers. The garden and vineyard’s restaurant are also the chef’s favorite places. He was described as the pioneer of an intelligent "real km" attitude. When some ingredients are not of his own production, 99% of his suppliers are no more than 100 km away from Crepa.

To connect his passion of cycling and his vision of sustainability, a bicycle service point was set up at the restaurant. To chef Malinverno, it is a way to encourage sustainable tourism, offering customers to visit the restaurant without creating any CO2 emissions.
