We're an Organic Artisan Sourdough Bakery based in Baldoyle, Dublin. Opened in 2012 by French baker Thibault Peigne, our bakery now employs over 35 staff. We supply cafes, restaurants and hotels throughout Dublin and the surrounding counties as well as Cork and Limerick.

Our bakers are passionate about producing sourdough breads by hand using traditional methods.
Our pastry team produce high quality Viennoiserie by hand.
We operate 7 days a week.
