Back in the industrial revolution days, pasta was the fuel for the human machinery that changed the world. Later on, in New York city, an Italian immigrant invented a machine for Little Italy housewives to be able to make their own fresh pasta.
Almost 100 years later, one of Angelo Vitantonio’s prototypes hits Gracia in a mission to democratize fresh pasta. Inspired by the Italian pioneers of the time, Macchina produces its own fresh pasta daily to keep fueling people who are working to change the world again.
