Peru’s national dish, this beloved speciality consists of raw fish covered in tiger’s milk (a citrusy marinade used to cure seafood). Ceviche is becoming huge around the World and we’re glad, because here at Cevicheria Pez, we are passionate about this refreshing and delicious dish. Found on Occamstraße in Schwabing, our Munich restaurant serves Ceviche in several ways, ranging from classics with plenty of lime juice, to octopus dressed with cilantro cream.
