After a few years in Italy, Walter Stoller returned to Zurich in 1938, packed with Ice Cream creations. He opened the Café-Restaurant Sihlfeldegg where he invented and sold Ice Cream specialties. In 1947 he moved to Albisriederplatz where he opened the Hotel Stoller.
Today, in the third generation, they are still working with the same Ice Cream recipes and hospitality is lived with passion.
