Le Steam bar est un restaurant parisien aux influences honkongaises et tokyoïtes. Le chef honkongais Chi Cheung WONG (ex Shangri-La Palace) dirige la cuisine du Steam Bar. Il est spécialiste de la cuisine vapeur honkongaise. La carte revisite des spécialités traditionnelles   : dim sum (ravioli, siu mai, ha kao, wonton, bouchées vapeur), bao (brioche vapeur farcie), gyoza, rouleaux de printemps, aubergine au miso, Dan Dan, Poulet citronnelle ...

The Steam bar is a Parisian restaurant with Honkongese and Tokyo influences. It is dedicated to the art of Dim Sum. The universe of the Steam bar recalls the atmosphere of old Hong Kong, a city at the crossroads of time and civilizations. The restaurant invites you to travel in an atmosphere that resembles a secret club, at the same time elegant, festive and exotic.
