Perched on the caldera cliffs in Imerovigli village, The Athenian House is “the” dining destination in Santorini. Jet-setting visitors and cosmopolitan foodies from all over the world book months in advance to enjoy the most romantic sunset, along with sophisticated signature cocktails. The restaurant ventures towards its seventh season announcing its new partnership with two of the most important innovators of Greek cuisine, the internationally acclaimed Greek chef Giannis Baxevanis and the French chef Jerome Serres. As popular for its laidback fine dining atmosphere, as for its famous Greek chefs’ creations, it has become the favorite special occasion restaurant on the island. The restaurant fully caters with set menus for gluten free, dairy or other intolerances, while each year it introduces a new entirely plant based menu, inspired by the richness of Greek gastronomy. The wine list includes a large collection of rare vintage Santorini wines.
