O Curso de Especialização Tecnológica em Gestão e Produção de Cozinha prepara os alunos para o exercício de funções técnicas e de gestão em estabelecimentos de restauração, integrados ou não em unidades hoteleiras, e em departamentos de restauração e bebidas (F&B).

O Curso de Turismo tem como objetivo promover uma formação, abrangente e multidisciplinar, tanto teórica como prática, que permita aos seus diplomados dominar múltiplos aspetos relacionados com a atividade turística, de forma a coordenar e operacionalizar atividades/operações em instituições públicas e privadas.
