So what really counts?

Human interaction cannot be standardised. We allow our staff to communicate freely and directly with guests, to treat everyone they meet individually and with pleasure. In doing so, our senior managers act as role models who help their colleagues master the balancing act between a casual style and a professional manner.

Who’s part of the team?

25hours is a small group of dynamic hotels that offer a contemporary hotel experience in vibrant urban locations. The ten houses have locations in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Vienna, Zurich, Berlin and Munich. Houses in Cologne, Düsseldorf, Paris, Florence and Dubai are under development. 25hours Hotel Company is an operating and parent company. It coordinates and controls the fate of the hotels and has its central office in Hamburg.

The Director of Business Development is responsible for the holistic management of room sales and all related activities. The position reports to the Managing Director.

Where could the journey lead to?

Staff with personality and interests outside of their work strengthens our product profile. We place great value on simple collaboration, as our senior managers get involved and accept responsibility for their team. We combine a strong sense of cohesion with shared interests and a decent amount of fun. Ideas and solutions are discussed with enthusiasm – within the department, the hotel and throughout the company.

Are you ready?

We guide our employees along their career paths. Everyone has the opportunity to develop in our expanding company. We use regular feedback sessions, an extensive training concept and a large portion of trust to promote our colleagues in every sense.
