For this growth of 25hours we look for a Development Manager. As Development Manager, you are going to be a fundamental part of the development team that focusses on the international growth of 25hours. Your primary responsibility will be the sourcing, underwriting and closing of new operating agreements in 25hours’ target markets. In your role as Development Manager you are going to contribute to the success of 25hours’ global expansion. As Development Manager, you are going to be based in 25hours’ head office in Hamburg’s Hafencity and work directly with the Chief Development Officer.  What’s on the to-do-list? conduct target market research identify development opportunities (management & lease agreements) in target markets prepare financial forecasts and feasibility studies for development opportunities prepare heads of terms and letters of intent for development opportunities lead negotiations through all stages of the project until signing of the operating Agreement manage internal support (from other departments such as Project Management, Engineering, IT, etc.) and external advice (e.g. legal advisors, tax firms, etc.) for operating agreement negotiations prepare and negotiate all supporting documents of the operating agreement (architectural plans, construction specifications, interface list, etc.) prepare and improve 25hours' development documents prepare approval documents for 25hours' strategic board and shareholder board What is the necessary? bachelor’s or master's degree in hospitality, real estate, law or finance minimum of five years of experience in the real estate, consulting and/or hospitality business highly developed analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines under pressure advanced level of proficiency in excel, powerpoint, and word ability to distill meaning from data and to present information concisely curiosity and strong commitment to problem-solving and learning positive and motivated attitude with a willingness to work effectively with others fluency in EnglishUnd was gibt‘s oben drauf?
