About the job

  • The ideal Chef de Partie will take pride working in Wolfgang Puck’s first restaurant in Europe, a modern American steak fine dining restaurant
  • You will be crucial in creating delectable dishes range from informal dining on breakfast, lunch and dinner to outstanding Wagyu steaks
  • Together with the Senior Chef de Partie or in absence, you will supervise all cooking personnel in your section. You will have the opportunity to participate in menu planning as well as being responsible for maintaining budgeted food and recipe costs
  • As a Chef de Partie, you must be self-motivated and patient to train and develop other kitchen team members
  • As a Chef de Partie you will also be responsible to ensure that daily food preparations meet outlined recipes including portion size, quantity and quality
