We are looking for a Pastry Chef based at Aberdeen Marina Club!

 

As a Pastry Chef, we rely on you to:

  • To ensure the efficiency of operations and synergy with other kitchens
  • Responsible for efficient control, stocking, dispensing and security of all commodities in the kitchen
  • Ensure that the service of food is completely to members satisfaction and to the standard required by the club and culinary management
  • Striving to delight our members and guests each and every time
  • Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and to align with company hygiene standard

 

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in luxury hotel, with buffet/ coffee breads/ set meal experiences
  • Strong supervisory skill, able to drive the mood and good sprit of the team
  • Expertise in both pastry and bread making
  • Able to create range of products in trend, including a la carte desserts and breads
  • Creative, enthusiastic and service-oriented
  • Understand Asian flavors
  • Able to work with last minute guest request
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
