What your tasks will be:
support the Head Chef in the meal planning, warehouse management and kitchen orders;
leadership and motivation of all the employees in the team;
performing a Deputy function, when the Head Chef is on vacation and sick leave;
participation in the preparation of the working schedule;
responsibility of the smooth running of work in the kitchen;
support in all administrative and operational matters;
preparation and distribution of food in accordance to the recipes;
checking of the deliveries and stored food for quality and quantity;
compliance with existing food laws and health regulations.
