About the job

Rattaché(e) au Pôle Revenue Management & E-Distribution, composé de 3 personnes, vos missions seront les suivantes :

- REVENUE MANAGEMENT
o Préconisations en termes de pricing & pilotage RM en amont des points yield en support du Revenue Manager, participation aux briefs et réunions
o Analyses ponctuelles selon les besoins (coût de déplacement, variation de pick-up, performance…)
o Réalisation d’états des lieux ponctuels selon besoin (SWOT, Mix client…)
o Suivi et accompagnement auprès des hôtels de votre périmètre
o Aide dans la mise à jour des matrices pricing et suivis de réalisé
o Aide au contrôle des fins de mois RM

- E-DISTRIBUTION
o Suivi des plans d’action « e-distri » et être force de propositions (contenus sites directs, agences en ligne, metasearch…)
o Travail de suivi, d’analyse et reporting (étude de marché, benchmark, intérêt de participation à différents campagnes…)
o Organisation et suivi post-production des reportages photos des hôtels
o Accompagnement à la préparation et co-animation de la réunion annuelle Distribution
o Compilation d’informations sur les différentes plateformes pour l’ensemble des hôtels
o Assistance aux hôteliers sur les outils de la e-distribution
o Aide à la mise à jour de notre e-brochure et co-animation de la page Linkedin AMC Hotels

- REPRISES/ OUVERTURES / REBRANDING D’HOTELS
o Suivi du rétroplanning
o Etudes de marché (concurrence, positionnement, pricing, SWOT) lors de l’intégration de nouveaux hôtels
o Participation au diagnostic RM/ Distribution et mise en place de la nouvelle stratégie
o Suivi de la mise en place des actions après date d’ouverture/reprise

About you

- Niveau d’étude : BAC+2/3 minimum (Hôtellerie, Tourisme, Ecole de commerce, WebMarketing)
- Une première expérience dans l’hôtellerie serait un plus
- Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office
- Une connaissance de la distribution hôtelière serait un plus (OTAs, Metasearch, Réseaux Sociaux, …)
- Capacité à communiquer, bon relationnel
- Force de proposition
- Autonomie
- Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles
