About the job

The role will be supporting the Luxury hotels sales function in the region ME & Egypt. Main responsibility is to support key commercial projects and deliverables across the regional office and hotel sales, support in key projects as well as the day-to-day operations and administrative work. The job is an office work with potential engagement and exposure across our hotels when and if needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Regional B2B/B2C and digital marketing campaigns in key source markets, coordinate participation, collaterals, visuals, invoices, LPOs, payments
• Manage the expense claims and payment process – coordinate with suppliers, department heads and finance department on all required steps.
• Sponsorship for key client events through global sales offices “Following up with hotels and organizers on the participation forms, registration, collaterals, invoices”
• Registration in Exhibitions for regional office team to attend and hotels from the region
• Accelerate Sales Incentive Program relay support for region ME, Egypt and Africa
• FAM trips coordination logistics between GSOs and hotels “transportation, venues to dine in, exploring the city
• Consolidating monthly and yearly production of luxury agents/programs “Amex FHR, AMEX THC, VIRTUOSO, SIGNATURE, Traveller Made” across our hotels in ME, Egypt & Africa
• Month end & mid-month report data collection from hotels
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews; allocate timing and venues to meet
• Wholesale partners and / brand.com campaigns data collection and follow up on participation from hotels
• Office administration tasks: Business Trips “Booking Tickets, booking hotels, Travel Advance Approvals;Ordering business cards, stationary, courier
• Coordinate conference calls / meeting rooms, meeting minutes and follow up on meetings outcomes
• Adhoc projects (2 hours a week)

About you

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to manage time effectively and be able to efficiently operate under pressure and meet deadlines
• Having a Sales, Revenue and Hospitality experience is an advantage

Competencies:
• Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft pack office): Advanced Excel skills is a must

Education Level: Bachelor / Licence
Study area: Hospitality Management
Optional languages: Arabic,French
