What you will be doing:

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service  
  • Lead and help manage all aspects of the Front Office department including Front Desk, Guest Services,  Royal Service and ensure all service standards are followed 
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areas  
  • A focus of building our Accor Live Limitless loyalty program throughout the hotel 
  • Assist in conducting regularly scheduled departmental meeting  
  • Assist in managing the departmental budget, completing month-end duties  
  • Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs
  • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way  
  • Follow department policies, procedures and service standards  
  • Follow all safety policies  
  • Other duties as assigned   

 

Your experience and skills should include:

  • Service focused personality is essential
  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
  • University/College degree in a related discipline preferred 
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities 
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment 
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team 
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
