Job Description

·      Collaborate with the event planning team to design menus tailored to specific events or client needs.

·      Oversee and participate in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, or presentation of dishes specifically for large-scale events.

·      Ensure the consistency and quality of every dish served during banquets.

·      Maintain cost-effectiveness by controlling expenses and waste, managing ingredient inventory, and purchasing supplies efficiently.




Work Experience

·      Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized culinary school.

·      Several years of experience in the culinary industry, with a proven track record in banquet or large-scale event catering.

·      Expertise in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
