About the job
• The Director of Sales is to promote the hotel and to achieve optimal sales.
• The Director of Sales performs his/her duties within the framework defined by the chain and hotels norms and by internal regulations.
• Draws up the Marketing Plan annually together with General Manager of the hotel and ensures that the plan is adhered to and monitors its progress.
• Monitors and supervises his/her team’s production and activities to achieve goals.
• Will focus on MICE, Events and wedding to achieve company goals.
• The Director of Sales will be responsible for Sales and Events.
• Follows the latest industry trend and propose strategies to be competitive.
• Maintaining fruitful relationship with existing accounts and improve guest experience and brand loyalty.
• Any other duties assigned by the company.
Work Experience
• Minimum 3 years experience in the similar position.
• Strong MICE and Corporate sales experience and Digital savvy. Leisure experience is an advantage
• Experience in Opera
• Possesses a positive and cheerful attitude and mature with a good leadership.
• Able to manage work systematically, well organized.
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Thai
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required
