An exciting opportunity has become available for a Client Services Coordinator to join our Accor Pacific team. You will be responsible for actively supporting the Vice President of Sales & Connected Partners, Pacific, the Pacific sales office and hotels by providing coordination across all Business to Business sales teams. This role will also provide support to the overall team strategy including assisting the Director of Sales & Client Services, Pacific, the Strategic accounts teams and the Connected Partners team as required, depending on the lifecycle of the segments. The role will professionally and efficiently prioritise projects and day to day commercial sales needs alongside the Vice President of Sales & Connected Partners, Pacific.

 

This role has the opportunity to be based from our Gold Coast or Sydney Office.

 

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for our hotel properties as well as external and internal clients and suppliers
  • Successful rollout and management of the commercial lifecycle not limited to assisting in the development and monitoring of Global & National programs, maintaining and updating information & initiatives
  • Reporting, quoting and lead tracking in ANAIS & Connex
  • Administration of the preferred agreements across commercial team as directed by Vice President Sales & Connected Partners, Pacific
  • Successful rollout and management of the Commercial contracting lifecycle not limited to rate solicitation, allotments, rebate contributions, offers, issuing contracts and amending updates
  • Key contact for hotels on ANAIS and training of ANAIS
  • Any group quoting and lead tracking in ANAIS
  • Administration & effective management of the agreements as directed by Vice President Sales & Connected Partners, Pacific
  • Ensuring the Commercial Sales team adhere to management of contracts
  • Provide one on one support for the teams as directed by Vice President Sales & Connected Partners, Pacific
  • Book and manage flight and accommodation bookings as directed by Vice President Sales & Distribution, Pacific
  • Purchase Order and invoice processing & management & reporting for the Commercial Sales team


What we need from you

  • Qualifications in Business, Tourism, Marketing or a related field
  • Experience within hotel operations
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent computer skills required for Windows Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project, in addition to Outlook and web based applications
