In charge of the full F&B department (service and kitchen)
Responsible for all outlets (3 restaurants including high potential Beach Club and 2 bars)
Large MICE potential with 720sqm ballroom, 2 function rooms and large outdoor space
Lead the team to achieve qualitative and quantitative results
Develop the team in order to achieve high performance with an engaged team
Achieve the budgeted revenues and control the expenses
In charge of the departmental internal controls
Ensure guest satisfaction by combining quality and creative offerings matching to the guest requirements
College / University graduate
3+ Years as Director F&B in international international premium or luxury resort
Experience in beach club is a plus
Well organized, analytical
Strong leadership skills to lead a large team
Strong business skills, able to drive revenues and control costs
Experience in organizing events.
Demonstrate creativity and lifestyle in resort environment
