Events and Catering Manager
About the job
Ensure to maximise revenue and achieve pre-determined targets, working closely with Rooms, Events Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments.
Ensure to strategically crafts weekly sales call plan that is based on objectives in account development.
Responsible for events, socials and business socials leads and strive for conversion. Target entities with repeat event business.
At least 3 years experience in a similar capacity.
Experience in the luxury or upscale segment is preferred.
Well versed in food safety standards.
