- Maintains/Records banquet reports;
- Distributes events forecast as needed;
- Submits production reports on his/her list of accounts on a monthly basis;
- Confirms verbal proposals in writing with the approval of Assistant Director of Sales-MICE;
- Presents a summary of client visits to the Assistant Director of Sales-MICE on a weekly basis (Weekly Sales Plan) prior and after the week is completed; and
- Prepares a tentative monthly schedule to record all events and other related activities for the preceding month.
Work Experience
- 2 years experiences in events preferably in a luxury setting;
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Tourism or relevant
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English; and
- Attention to details, proactive and flexible.
