Job Description
Reporting to the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will:
- Responsible for the efficient running of the beverage service function to ensure total customer satisfaction whilst meeting departmental budget in our well- appointed Bacar Restaurant.
- You’ll be providing exceptional service whilst preparing and serving a range of beverage options, ensuring guest billing is completed accurately and correct charges are posted.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Experience in a similar role (highly desirable).
- Excellent communications and demonstrable guest service skills.
- A creative, resilient and enthusiastic personality.
- Experience with Shiji will be advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, public holidays and event days.
- A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
