Job Description
  • Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager and Duty Manager.
  • Monitor daily arrivals by ensuring all guests requests are carried out, all realistic expectations are met, and reservations are honored.
  • Providing services and handle guest requests with efficient and courteous manner at all times.
  • Coaching and counseling, support and guidance to team members as required.
  • Check all registration card updated to ensure accuracy according to the law, and update the information timely basis. 


Work Experience
  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • 1 year experience in Front Office Supervisor position with international hotel chain.
  • Proficient in OPERA system.
  • Strong in English communication.
  • Strong in analytical, problem solving skills, and execution of work.
  • Computer literate
