(ibis, ibis Styles, Mercure, Novotel, MGallery, Sofitel) is looking for

Key Account Manager (Corporate Sales)

She/He will be responsible for building an effective long-term relationships through a customer centric approach with the Key Accounts/e-Partners in order to develop the global revenue (domestic and outbound) and market share / penetration for ACCOR within the framework of the ACCOR global sales policy.


Account management:

  • Defining a tactical strategic plan (e.g. distribution, segment targets) for each account or e-partners in the portfolio
  • Preparing monthly analysis and reporting of her/his account portfolio revenue, explain business decreases and define her/his own action plan to identify replacement business
  • Running quarterly (or if needed more often) business review meetings with the clients to identify future business or upcoming difficulties
  • Organizing the annual RFP & contracting process for the clients & support hotels with pricing benchmark figures and market inputs
  • Ensuring & test proper loading of rates and conditions for the clients & hotels
    to be in charge of in order to reach the objectives and improve Accor’s presence & revenue at global and regional level
  • Qualify client’s needs; expectations and directions to define the value proposition to be delivered and the partnership possibilities

Market & Trends:

  • Developing close relationships with clients, e-partners and key decisions makers to increase Accor’s weight/position
  • Lobby with Corporate Associations in the region & join their regular meetings and events

  • University of College degree
  • 3+ years relevant working experience
  • Knowledge and experience in hospitality is an advantage
  • Fluency in English
