Description

The Global Pricing is a significant contributor to the development of Accor Revenue Management strategy and practice. The Pricing Analytics Manager acts as an expert to support hotels and regions maximizing their profit in a complex environment through different strategic and operational projects.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Analyze and recommend optimal price architecture, ensure pricing consistency and integrity, analyze performance of key pricing initiatives
  • Identify innovative pricing mechanisms to optimize revenue growth (conduct surveys, benchmarks and analyses)
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (Distribution, Sales, Loyalty, Marketing, Digital) to deliver projects improving overall pricing performance
  • Define and design promotional mechanisms that optimize incremental return, recommend promotional strategy and measure impact of promotional mechanisms. Co-design yearly global promotion calendar for all brands and develop the specifications of each promotion.
  • Improve global pricing and loading process with guidelines, tools and best practices  
  • Support pricing integrations of newly acquired brands
  • Animate and educate the RM and pricing community within regions, respond to regional requests and support with strategic, system and operational expertise.

  • Internal: RM, Business Performance, Sales, Distribution, Digital, Loyalty, Marketing teams
  • External: Hotels & Regions, External providers

Your experience:

  • Commercial education, preferably Bachelor or Master’s degree (economics, hospitality management, finance)
  • Strategy and analytics experience
  • >5 YEARS

Your skills:

  • Solid knowledge of RM, Pricing and Distribution ecosystem, including RM & pricing tools and systems: TARS, ORS, RMS, PMS
  • Good understanding of the hospitality and tourism sectors, preferably international
  • Excellent analytical skills and strategic acting, strong numerical background
  • Ability to lead, influence and motivate
  • Above average communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, autonomous and ability to work in a team
  • Advanced MS Office and BI tool knowledge
  • Fluent English skills
