MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITES Include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to all internal and external clients and guests
- Manage all assigned activity within the marketing department, ensuring all service standards are followed with timely and accurate communication
- Execute marketing plans and initiatives in conjunction with all hotel departments, enhance hotel offerings, promotions & community activations
- Manage and update CMS, for Brand Sites, Microsite, Fig, and all other third-party sites that require consistent updates, and ensure display of pertinent hotel information, amenities and promotions
- Manage and update all related hotel collateral, including internal Accor intranet and other online portals
- Highly proactive with organizing and calendaring in advance annual events, holidays offers and promotions and all other marketing & partner initiatives
- Database Management, grow all hotel databases, social follower and e-campaigns to advance our marketing tactics
- Analyze, track and report on trends, campaign statistics and how to optimize results
- Research, analyze and monitor financial, technological, and market demographics to ensure the hotel is ahead of the trends and continually innovates
- Plan and deploy the hotels advertising and promotion activities, including digital, print, electronic, social media and direct mail in conjunction with the Director
- Communicate with outside agencies and partners on ongoing campaigns
- Build local community outreach and relationships with businesses, partners and press to advance our marketing strategies
- Collaborate and manage both internal brand and external Public Relations agencies and contacts to meet objectives. Oversight of copywriting, design, layout, and the production of promotional materials & narrative
- Proactive internal PR, be a hotel ambassador, responsible for all visual touch points throughout the property to ensure consistent, relevant Miramar messaging throughout
- Follow the annual budget and administer that budget in a fiscally responsible manner
- Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs
- Follow departmental policies and procedures
- Follow all safety policies
- Other duties as assigned

- Previous leadership experience within marketing required
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications
- Graphic design applications required such as Adobe InDesign & Illustrator.
- Proficient in all social media applications including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
- University/College degree in a related discipline required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- University/College degree in a related discipline required or equivalent work experience
- Spoken and written English
