We now have an exciting opportunity to recruit NIGHT TEAM MEMBER to join our team at Ibis Styles London Ealing Hotel.
We are a new, modern and stylish Cinema themed hotel in buzzing West London.
Working with an amazing team! You will achieve a high standard of customer care, creating the ultimate customer experience.
Key aspects to the role are as follows:
- Welcomes guests to the hotel ensuring a smooth check in process.
- Handle any guest questions, complaints or issues, reporting them and any incidents that occur to the General Manager
- Carries out all operations concerning guests arrival and departure in compliance with payment procedure
- Proactive, anticipates guests needs and looks for suitable solution
- Ensures the security of the hotel and is responsible for the safety and security of both staff and guests
- Ensuring that all the information are shared to next shift accordingly, in order to maintain the high standard of service.
- Audits room rates, charges, reconciles and balances revenues generated as per night audit checklist.
As a Night Team Member you will also attend to:
- Bar & Restaurant duties, included breakfast preparation.
- Health & Safety Processes
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
- Build guest relationship and collect sales leads for the hotel.
