Sales Manager Weddings and Catering
About the job
MISSION:
• Manages sales and coordination for weddings, catering-related and other group events
• Responsible for generating profitable revenues while upholding brand standards and identity.
• Manages clients from the initial inquiry through contracting, planning, and fulfilment, sales accommodations, food & beverage, resort services and group recreation
• Acts as the day-of wedding coordinator and oversees events execution
• Ensure operational compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving
• Coordinate with catering departments such as the food preparation and kitchen department, facilities provisioning
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality or service
• Responsible for modelling Accor Hospitality's core values and contributing to the fulfilment of business objectives across the business unit, and collaborating with team to attain our shared mission.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in sales & marketing or related field
• A minimum of 4 years of working experience in a Wedding & Catering Sales leadership role in 5-star brand hotel/ resort
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong background in Catering Sales
• Pro-active, self-motivated, loves challenges
