Join us in our eCommerce Team as Senior Manager E-Merchandising Northern Europe Head of E-merchandising where your role will span across B2C website animation, B2B site management, content creation, developing a joint customer plan, campaigns and lots more!


Here is a further insight into some of the wonderful things you will be involved in:


  1. Owning multi-brands’, multi-segment (B2B and B2C) merchandising strategy and serving as the key point of contact for your areas of ownership, locally as well as with Central for Global campaigns.


  1. Managing and coordinating copywriters and agencies to create target group relevant content according to the customer personalisation strategy, brand TOV and brand guidelines.


  1. Supporting translation and validation activity across all web levers and languages.


  1. Measuring continuous performance and improvement of KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, new sessions, session pages and revenue.


  1. Establishing A/B testing culture to assure test & learn approach within team, driving continuous campaign improvement and optimize activity against agreed KPIs (traffic, sales, conversion and cost per acquisition).


  1. Proactively coordinating and exchanging with all relevant interfaces, especially with the eMerchandising Managers, SEO & Content Manager, the Brands, Marketing, Loyalty, Revenue Management, BI, Sales and E-Commerce.


  1. Managing the relationship with the Central team (key POC) in delivering Central campaigns, and Northern Europe campaigns on other Accor POS.


Your profile? You will be degree qualified (ideally in Digital Marketing,) with a minimum 5 years relevant experience in Online Marketing, SEO, and WebShop Management. You will also poses knowledge of working with CMS tools such as Adobe Experience Manager and CMS tools!
