Job description

Assist in the development and implementation of Social Media Solutions :
- Gather needs and expectations of all internal customers (central, local teams, agencies, hotels)
- Provide advice and expertise on tools usage (Business Manager, Social CRM...)
- Establish recommendations to improve the usage
- Share best practices with social media stakeholders
- Ensure the tracking (pixel)
- Pilot tool performance (measure, analyze)
- Develop internal and external communication supports and instances
Monitor Insight Analysis :
- Identify relevant social insights by analyzing the conversations of users on our brand
- Audience analysis: socio-demographic profile, behavior
- Identify and analyze market trends
- Detect influencers, advocates, trolls, denigrators, spammers
Support the digital transformation on social media :
- Help to support the governance on social networks within the group
- Create the necessary supports / toolkit for the development of social media knowledge
- Contribute to the animation of Accor Social Media community
- Be a force of proposal to impulse the social media skills for the group

Requirements

Technical knowledge of social networks (frontend and backend)
Ability to lead a project
Organization
Strong communication skills (international contacts)
