Le département Financial Planning & Analysis a pour principales responsabilités :
- Assurer la fluidité et la qualité des processus et des flux d’informations financières au sein du Groupe
- Coordonner les remontées de CA, Reporting, Last Estimate et Budget
- Fournir des analyses pertinentes à la Direction Financière et aux membres du Comex

MISSIONS
Pleinement intégré au sein de l’équipe du Financial Planning & Analysis (6 personnes) le stagiaire sera en soutien sur les missions suivantes :
Reporting Mensuel :
- Participation à l'élaboration et à l'analyse des statistiques Groupe
- Restitution des données grâce au nouvel outil financier (go live Q4 2021)
- Cadrage des différents KPIs du Groupe, en relation étroite avec les Business Units opérationnelles et les Hubs
- Aide à la préparation des Revues de performances (faites devant le CFO du groupe)
- Analyses transverses mensuelles (suivi des principaux postes du P&L sur le Groupe)
Publication Externe :
- Restitution et analyse des données en vue de la publication externe en collaboration avec la Direction de la Communication Financière
Processus budgétaires :
- Contrôle des budgets et aide à la préparation des revues budgétaires.
PROFIL
- Fin d’étude : Ecole de Commerce / Université / Ecole Hôtelière
- Maitrise des outils informatiques (Excel et Powerpoint)
- Volonté, rigueur, détermination, disponibilité et appétence pour l’IT. Intérêt pour le secteur hôtelier
- Anglais bon niveau : nombreux contacts avec les filiales étrangères et rédaction de présentations en anglais
CONDITIONS
Convention de stage : Obligatoire
Indemnité : Entre 1 000 et 1 200 € net + Tickets Restaurant + 50% carte de transport
