Apprentice, Talent & Transformation Team

By joining our Talent & Transformation Team as an Apprentice, you will contribute to a team that is powering the cultural transformation of the company through its Talent Management and Talent Acquisition initiatives!

What you will be doing:

  • Talent Management
    • Support communication and roll-out for new Digital Platform
    • Support translations of all Performance and Talent tools
    • Support with communication and launch of 2022 Talent cycle
    • Support in Talent Mobility calls and statistics on mobility
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports from the employee exit interview program, analyze trends; update languages as required 
    • Prepare and process invoices and track expenses
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Maintain current career website
    • Respond to candidates and recruiters
    • Prepare quarterly usage report and support of the global talent selection process
    • Additional talent acquisition projects as they arise
    • Prepare and process invoices and track expenses
  • Social reporting 
    • Prepare reports: communication and training of the T&C community
    • Support to the community during reporting periods
    • Data consolidation and verification
    • Analysis and internal communication
    • Support during the audit campaign 
  • Employee engagement
    • Prepare the launch of the survey
    • Support the entire international network
    • Perform results analysis and prepare support materials

Your experience and skills include:

  • Post-secondary studies in Human Resources, Hospitality or Business is preferred
  • Experience in Human Resources, Hospitality or Customer Service is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
  • Strong organization and project management skills; creative and agile
  • Strong commitment to people and service, and a passion for the hospitality industry
  • Highly responsible and able to handle confidential information
  • Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office Systems, especially Excel (Pivot table)
  • Experience with Oracle products is an asset
