Job Description

Amplify Novotel and TRIBE brand activations on Social Media at a global level.


  • Work on an international environment in direct contact with countries relays
  • Participate in building world class brands in a leading hospitality group
  • Contribute actively to the global social media & influence content strategy for our brands


  • Support the launch of social media campaigns
  • Manage the editorial calendar: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Linkedin
  • Participation in the design and production of editorial and visual content in collaboration with the agency
  • Follow-up on the publication of posts and animation of communities with the agency
  • Participation in the implementation of influencer activations
  • Performance tracking
  • Development of audience and engagement on Social Media


  • You are passionate about digital communication and marketing
  • You have basic web analytics notions
  • You are a team player and know how to lead several projects at the same time
  • You have excellent writing and oral skills Great knowledge of Excel / Power Point
  • Excellent interpersonal and relational skills
  • Strong autonomy, curiosity
  • Creative thinking, strong proposal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
