Do you want to provide unforgettable, handcrafted service in a 5-star Accor hotel? Then this internship is for you!


During this internship you will have the opportunity to observe and assist in the work of a Guest Relations Officer. Both before, during and after the stay of the guest, you will focus on maintaining relationships with our guests. At The Grand, much attention is paid to the various guest segments that are categorized as VIP. Through good cooperation with the various departments of our hotel and a creative mindset, you realize the wishes of our guest and give a personal touch to their stay. In addition, you will be responsible for guest feedback and complaint handling.




Work Experience

We are looking for you if you meet these requirements:

  • You are enrolled in a hospitality management study
  • You are available from the 1ste of July for the minimum period of 5 months
  • You speak Dutch and English, both on a business level
  • You are flexible, motivated and stress-resident

We offer interns of The Grand responsibility and personal coaching to support you in your development. During your internship you can also follow various cross training courses which will allow you to see other departments of the hotel and broaden your knowledge about hotels. The internship fee is €500 gross. It is also possible that you will receive a travel allowance and that you can use our staff restaurant every day free of charge.
