FRONT OFFICE - RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform check-in & check-out procedures
Respond to customer queries via phone or email
Understand all hotel room categories, room rates, packages, and promotions
Greet visitors warmly; demonstrate high levels of customer service
Communication with all departments to fulfill guest requests
Handle complaints
Other related duties in the Front Office department
GUEST RELATIONS - RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform check-in & check-out procedures
Respond to customer queries via phone or email
Understand all hotel room categories, room rates, packages, and promotions
Greet visitors warmly; demonstrate high levels of customer service
Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
Communication with all departments to fulfill guest requests
Handle complaints
Record information in the logbook daily
Other related duties in the Front Office department
RECREATION - RESPONSIBILITIES
Explain and demonstrate the use of recreational equipment and facilities
Conduct recreational activities for guests
Greet visitors warmly; demonstrate high levels of customer service
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and hygiene according to hotel policies and regulations
Assist recreation managers and trainers in planning, organizing, implementing special events
Other related duties in the Recreation department
