About the role

Accor is looking for an intern to join the Digital Factory department, within the Voice of Customer team for 6 months, starting September, in our Paris office. Possibility to work remotely until 4 days a week.

The Voice of Customer team is in charge of User Research and User Insights activities.

In a context of increasing opportunities to interact with our customers as well as a growing volume of data, the User Insights Analyst's mission is to capture what customers say and feel when using our products (digital channels) and to translate their (real) expectations in a process of continuous improvement, in close collaboration with the guest and hotel insights managers as well as all the Product and Design teams.
 

What you will do :

  • Monitor customer satisfaction across the digital products (websites, mobile application, tools for hotels), through relevant indicators and framework, at the key steps of the user journey.
     
  • Conduct user feedback analysis from main touch points (crossing qualitative and quantitative data) in order to identify main improvements/pain points and recommend areas of development
     
  • Set up and improve existing dashboards, to make data accessible and easily understandable
     
  • Upgrade and automate regular insights reports
     
  • Management of transversal project:
    • Continuous enhancements of customer listening process and existing feedback management tools
    • Create and enrich a knowledge base (Research & Insights Library) 
    • Enrich the team’s workspace (Notion) 
    • Assist with user testing (according needs)

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • Master’s degree students looking for gap year/final year internship
  • A customer focus and data driven mindset
  • Rigorous, structured, tenacious
  • Experience with data visualization (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and basic knowledge of web analytics could be appreciate
  • Curious, eager to learn constantly
  • Team player, comfortable both working independently as well as collaborating across teams
  • Excellent communication skills, many interactions within the department
  • Business English
