School Relations & Partnerships Assistant Internship
Our department is a primary liaison connecting talented students with the managers of both hotels & headquarters.
We build bridges between students & Accor whether through conferences, presentations & job fairs or social media events, forums and many other actions.
We are proactive in creating new & innovative formats for spotting, meeting, and attracting tomorrow’s talents.
Our role is also to coordinate and lead the Talent & Culture network in charge of school relations in regions around the globe.
You will experience a vast range of challenges where you will see your ideas transformed into actions and will have a direct impact on our school relations’ development.
You will assist in expanding our presence and building solid partnerships with schools and in organizing attractive and innovative events.
You are a team player with excellent written and oral communication skills, experience in HR and in the hotel business. If you have an international outlook and excellent relational skills then this opportunity is for you!
During your internship, you will contribute and participate in a wide range of projects across the department :
• Participate on a regular basis in recruitment forums and Group presentations in schools and in headoffice distantly and presential ones
• Carry out pre-recruitment interviews
• Publish and coordinate job advertisements
• Develop our Accor events
• Provide induction sessions for internships
• Participate in leading and managing the Talent & Culture network in the regions
You will interact with a wide range of people, coordinate job offers for the department (internships, apprenticeships and management training), develop and manage social networks, and coordinate other activities as a part of your duties.
You will join a small, friendly & enthusiastic team, with wide ranging projects and responsibilities.

Hospitality management school, Business school or University
Area of studies : Preparing a Master in Hospitality and/or in HR
English and French: Fluent mandatory
Arabic or Mandarin is a plus
Hotel experience and if possible within the Group
Microsoft Office literacy
