Job description

Assist on the management of partnerships with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat) :
- Contribute to the elaboration of roadmap for the projects
- Consolidate and analyze investment on social media platforms (reporting)
- Consolidate actions realized by different stakeholders & share best practices
- Follow-up on projects delivery with social media networks
- Be proactive in identifying tests on social networks
- Develop internal and external communication supports around these partnerships

Contribute to the implementation of social media solutions :
- Develop internal and external communication supports and instances to communicate on the solutions
- Help delivering new projects hand in hand with social media stakeholders to answer their needs

Support the digital transformation on social media :
- Listening on social media networks (product updates, trends)
- Support the governance on social networks within the group
- Create the necessary supports / toolkit for the development of social media knowledge
- Contribute to the animation of Accor Social Media community
- Be a force of proposal to impulse the social media skills for the group


- Level of Education: Master / MBA
- Areas of study: Communication
- Professional experiences: 1 to 2 years
- Languages essential : French and English
- Knowledge of web and social networks
- Dynamic, proactive, curiosity, team spirit, initiative and proactivity
- Good communication skills
- Use of Excel, Power Point, Word
