Description du poste


Les missions de stage seront sur les 6 hôtels pour lesquels nous travaillons :

-Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg

- Novotel Luxembourg Centre

- Novotel Suites Luxembourg

- Mama Shelter Luxembourg

- Sofitel Luxembourg Europe

- Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand-Ducal

 

Responsabilités administratives : 

- Suivi des demandes des clients 
- Mise à jour des confirmations et/ou annulations
- Effectuer la veille concurrentielle
- Agenda et compte-rendu du Sales Meeting

- Mise à jour du fichier clients


Responsabilités commerciales : 
- Support sur la gestion de groupes (qualification de la demande du client, envoi de l'offre, suivi avec le client)

- Accueil des clients lors de site inspection

Mission principale du stage :

- Apprentissage des techniques de vente dans la gestion de manière autonome des groupes

- Analyse des statistiques de production des groupes

- Une problématique peut-être également mise en place en fonction de la nature du stage (Licence, Masters, année de césure, etc


Qualifications


- Ecole de commerce ou hotellière 

- A compter de Bac +3

- Français et Anglais : aisance à l'écrit et à l'orale

- Toute autre langue sera considérée comme un plus
