Stage au sein d’une franchise de 34 hôtels, dont 21 à Paris intra-muros et 13 dans des villes dynamiques de province et de Suisse en hyper centre ou en bord de mer. Les hôtels du réseau sont sous les enseignes ibis, ibis styles, Mercure, Adagio et MGallery. Le stage est basé à Paris dans un cluster RM.

Missions :

- Assister les revenue managers dans la mise en place de tous les processus RM au sein de leur périmètre

- Déployer la stratégie RM du groupe, mettre à jour le planning et alerter les RM et directeurs dès que les performances dévient des prévisions

- Vérifier régulièrement la saisie et la qualité des données (segmentation, ...)

- Par une communication adaptée, s'assurer que les hôtels connaissent les bonnes méthodes de saisie des données dans les systèmes de réservation

- Assurer une veille concurrentielle afin de suivre l'évolution du marché sur les problématiques 'Offres, pricing et distribution'

- Analyser la performance des contrats (tarifs, allotements, nombre de chambres vendues ...)

- E-distribution : s’assurer de la bonne visibilité des établissements

- Aider les hôtels à atteindre et dépasser leur objectif de chiffre d’affaires

- Analyser la performance de l’hôtel et ses résultats mensuels

- Communiquer quotidiennement avec les directeurs des hôtels

- Assister et préparer les réunions de place
