Stellenbeschreibung
Für unser Development-Team in der Region Deutschland, Österreich & Schweiz suchen wir zusätzliche Unterstützung als Werksstudent (m/w/d). Development ist einer der Hauptwachstumstreiber für Accor in der Region, verantwortlich für das Akquirieren und Verhandeln neuer Hotelstandorte und –Projekte für unsere unterschiedlichen Marken.
Als Teil Deiner Rolle unterstützt du unser Team von Developern im Tagesgeschäft. Hierbei arbeitest du mit an Projekten zur Entwicklung neuer Standorte in der Region und erarbeitest eigenständig verschiedenste Analysen zu Wettbewerb, Markt und mehr.
Als Werksstudent hast du die Möglichkeit Praxiserfahrung in der Entwicklung neuer Hotelstandorte von Economy- bis zur Luxuskategorien zu sammeln und einen fundierten Einblick in die spannende Welt der Hotellerie zu erhalten.
Deine Stelle ist für (maximal) 20 Stunden / Woche, mit Sitz in München.
Was sind Deine Aufgaben:
- Du unterstützt unser Development-Team in der Region im Tagesgeschäft
- Deine Hauptaufgaben bei uns umfassen insbesondere Standort-, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Akquisition neuer Projekte
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team arbeitest Du mit an neuen Entwicklungsprojekten
- Du unterstützt das Team zudem in allen organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben
Qualifikationen
Deine Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten umfassen:
- Du bist eingeschrieben an einer Universität, oder vergleichbaren Hochschule, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Betriebs-/ Wirtschaftswissenschaft
- Du hast Spaß daran, dir neue Themengebiete zu erarbeiten und bist interessiert an der Hotelprojektentwicklung
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denken gehören zu Deinen Stärken
- Du zeichnest dich aus durch deine Auffassungsgabe, Eigeninitiative und Engagement
- Du bist kommunikationsstark
- MS Office beherrscht du sicher, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Du hast fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse, gegebenenfalls sprichst du sogar Französisch
