CONSUMER & MARKET INSIGHT ANALYST

Au sein de la Direction Stratégie du groupe AccorHotels, vous rejoindrez l’équipe d’études Consumer and Market Insight. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les managers sur des études consommateurs qui permettront d’orienter la stratégie du groupe (scope = toutes marques, tous pays, tous départements)
Description du post
• Conduite d’études quantitatives (analyses statistiques, segmentation…) et qualitatives (focus groups, entretiens face à face…) en réponse à des problématiques business variées (nouveaux services/produits, business développement, innovation …)
• Gestion de projets d’études : élaboration du brief, mise en place de l’approche pour chaque projet, suivi du projet, analyse des résultats et recommandations
• Planning stratégique : recherche de tendances, market sizing, benchmark, recommandations
Vous serez en charge aux côtés des managers d’un portefeuille de projets comme par exemple:
• Travail sur les marques Luxury (réflexion et recherche autour de l’architecture et du positionnement des marques)
• Identification des nouveaux trends et concurrents dans différents domaines (exemple : Wellness; co-working ; conciergerie…)
• Etudes des comportements digitaux (utilisation des chatbots ; parcours utilisateurs ; brainstorming nouvelles tendances de recherche on-line…)
• Accompagnement à la mise en place de la politique pricing d’une nouvelle marque (étude quantitative avec choix de méthodologie : élaboration du questionnaire, interprétation et présentation des résultats)

Formation / Compétences professionnelles
• Formation bac +4/5 type Grande Ecole de Commerce
• Expérience significative en entreprise
• Expérience en gestion de projet fortement appréciée
• Connaissance et/ou intérêt pour l’hôtellerie et ses consommateurs
• Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais
• Maîtrise du pack office et notamment création de présentation PowerPoint et analyses sur Excel (TCD et formules avancées)
• Utilisation de logiciels statistique serait un plus
