About the job

Main missions & responsibilities:

Join the Global Learning & Development Team where we believe that transformation and performance start
with people.

As Global L&D Project Intern, you will accompany us to analyze, develop and conduct group-wide and/or
function-specific talent development initiatives. Your main area of responsibilities will encompass
strategic and exciting topics such as Digital Marketing, Hotel Distribution and Revenue Management.

For each of these specialist functions, you will assist the Global L&D Project Manager, Topline Functions
(to whom you will report) to specifically:

1/ Design, develop, implement and assess instructor-led and e-learning offerings (including blended, selfpaced
and micro learning). This includes the global management of the Digital Marketing Campus – the new
program you will be responsible of – as well as the Business Campus (ABC) among other key L&D initiatives.

2/ Ensure a consistent communication, follow up, administration and reporting of the L&D activities under
the team’s responsibility, with a strong focus on Business Campus (Revenue Management) and Digital
Distribution Campus. This includes the writing of specifications (to internal/external vendors) and the
supervision of technical test and pilot phases.

3/ Participate to L&D department meetings. Capture and share best practices during such meetings. Play an
active role in the smooth and effective running and long term success of the Global L&D team.

About you

Profile & required skills:

Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s Degree preferred) in Hospitality or Business Management.

- Solid knowledge of Revenue Management, Hotel Distribution and Digital Marketing required
- In English and French: excellent writing & communication skills
- Ability to synthesize information into clear messages.
- Strong relationship building skills. Ability to develop and maintain highly effective relationships, externally/internally.
- Solid sense of confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to operate individually and employing solid decision-making skills.
- Proficiency on Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- A plus: mastering of Adobe Captivate, Articulate, e-learning authoring tools…
- A plus: successful experience/internship period in AccorHotels, preferably in RM, Distribution, Sales or E-commerce.
- A plus: international experience and/or hotel experience

Education Level: Master / MBA
Study area: General Studies
